Made Red Velvet

Made red velvet cupcakes yesterday out of the box with some added stuff. I'm gonna try it from scratch tomorrow. Making the cupcakes did make a bad day go good. Can't wait til tomorrow

I DID IT!

I made chocolate cupcakes from scratch! It turned out moist and springy...if thats a word...lol. I'm so excited and the more I make them the better it will turn out! Next time instead of using water I will use milk and maybe a little more butter. I'm so excited! Picture to follow. Tomorrow Red Velvet!

First Day of Cupcake Making

Okay....first time making cupcakes without the box.......drum roll..........it turned out not to good...I'm being a honest critic to myself....they are very dry....I forgot to add the milk....LOL

I give a big hand clap to the bakers making cupcakes and cake from scratch....YOU ARE GREAT
I plan on going back to the drawing board tonite to make a better batch....don't want those to stay in the kitchen....I might make a mistake and eat....LOL
